Ice Age Trail

The Ice Age Trail is an almost 9 kilometer long route full of animal themed nature trail boards. It starts from the courtyard of the congress center Levi Summit, goes around Levitunturi clockwise and returns back to the Levi Summit courtyard. The route is marked with a blue stripe.
Halfway along the route there is a hut where you can fry sausages and soot pot coffee. From the hut, you can also admire the Santa’s cabin built for the movie A Christmas Story.

Peak Trail Levi
Address: Gondolitie 99130 Levi
If you want a shorter route, you should choose the easy-going Huippupolku, which is less than a kilometer long. It starts at the upper station of the Gondoli2000 lift and goes around the top of Levitunturi clockwise. This route is fully accessible with an assistant.
The top path is marked with a brown stripe on the terrain. There are 6 resting places along the trail where you can enjoy the wonderful scenery. There is also an open fire point.
Rykimäpolku Trail, Kätkätunturi fell
Address: Myllyjoentie 2, 99130 Levi
Rykimäpolku is a 13-kilometer, some parts quite challenging route on Kätkätunturi. Along the route, there are funny stories with pictures about the secrets of animal breeding. The path is marked with a red color stripe and has an elevation difference of up to 313 meters.
You should go to Rykimäpolku if you want to reach the top of the wonderful Kätkätunturi. The route starts behind Levi Info near Hotel K5.

The path of the past starts from Levi center Zero Point yard and its length is about 18 kilometers. There are 16 fun nature trail boards on the route, which describe life in olden times in 18th-century Levi.
Trail goes by Sammuntupa next to the reindeer herding area, so you should definitely visit Sammuntupa on the same trip. In Sammuntupa courtyard, there is a museum, a street café, a dining and party room, and a traditional sauna.
Päiviö’s Path – the trail of the great shaman
Päiviö’s Path is approximately one kilometer trail that is suitable for the whole family. It starts along Levin ympärystie. The route tells about the well-known great witch Päiviö, and part of the route goes along a rocky ledge, so take good walking shoes with you.
The route starts from Levi Ympärystie, about 800 meters after the Utsuvaara road crossing when coming from the south.
